Record is NOS still sealed! The sleeve has heavy wear and creasing on the corners and edges including some tearing at the top corner of the spine, as well as general small tears here and there in the cellophane with some spots of wear and discoloration on edges and some surface wear. The top edge has what looks like a very small start of a split. The sleeve also has a hole-punch on the top mouth-side corner that is visible on the back cover but is covered by a sticker on the cover.
