Record is VG++, side 2 has a very light superficial scuff that won't affect play and otherwise the record looks NM. The sleeve is VG, the spine and lower spine corner have some water damage discoloration and the front cover has a small gouge near the mouth edge, otherwise the sleeve just has some general wear and creasing on the corners and edges and light surface wear.
