The Record is VG++, it has some very light superficial surface marks that won't affect play. The sleeve is VG+, it has some wear and creasing on the corners and edges as well as some surface/ring wear. The inside of the sleeve has writing in permanent marker that probably isn't original but I'm pretty sure the doodles on the back are original and supposed to be there.
