Record is VG++, it has some very light superficial scuffs and hairlines that won't affect play. Sleeve is VG, it has a small split at the bottom corner of the pocket opening and a stain on the cover near the opening. The sleeve also has some general wear on the corners and edges and some surface/ring wear.
