Record is VG++, it has some light superficial scuffs and hairlines that won't affect play. The sleeve is VG, it has light wear and creasing on the corners and edges and some discoloration on the edges. The sleeve also has some surface/ring wear and seam splits on the top edge, one small one on the mouth corner and one thats about 3 to 4 inches long near the spine corner.
