Record is VG++, it has a few very faint hairlines that won't affect play. The sleeve is VG, the top edge has a seam split thats about 3 or so inches long extending from the spine inwards and a small seam split at the top mouth corner. The sleeve also has some wear on the corners and edges and some surface/ring wear. The back cover has writing near the top edge.
