At Hi-Voltage Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all original Hi-Voltage tags still attached.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
